BIO:

Elisabeth (“Libby”) Timura is an associate attorney at Bingaman Hess. She joined the Firm in January of 2025. Libby graduated from the University of Alabama in 2020 and from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2023. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Libby is a member of the Pennsylvania and Berks County Bar Associations. Libby is an active member of the Citizenship Committee which welcomes newly admitted citizens to Berks County throughout the year. Additionally, Libby is an active member of Young Lawyers Section and attended the Young Lawyers Summit as the Berks County Representative in 2024.

Libby’s practice areas include landlord/tenant, estate planning, municipal law, family law, and general civil miscellaneous. In her spare time, Libby enjoys baking sourdough, watching Alabama football, marathon training, playing tennis, and long walks with her Golden Retriever, Saban. Libby is an Exeter graduate and resides locally with her dog and Husband.
