BIO:

Jonathan J. Winton is an associate attorney at Bingaman Hess. He joined the Firm in July 2021. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2020 after completing his undergraduate degree in International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University in 2016. Jonathan spent his final year of law school working as a certified intern for the Veterans Law Clinic. While at the clinic, Jonathan represented low-income veterans in VA disability claims before the VA regional office in Philadelphia and the Board of Veterans Appeals. After being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, and prior to becoming an associate at Bingaman Hess, Jonathan worked as a public defender in Chester County. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Chester County Bar Association and Berks County Bar Association. Jonathan’s practice areas include civil litigation, municipal matters, insurance defense and other general areas of civil law.
